Corporate Governance Code

The Corporate Governance Code represents core statutory regulations on the governance of German listed companies and includes internationally and nationally recognized standards of good, responsible corporate governance. The current German laws on corporate governance will be more transparent for both national and international investors.

The aim of this is to promote the confidence of international and national investors, customers, employees and the public in the management and supervision of German listed companies.

PULSION Medical Systems SE expressly appreciates and supports the German Governance Code and the goals and purposes pursued thereby. In the future we will annually report whether the conduct recommendations of the commission have been and will be followed and which recommendations have not been adopted - completely in the sense of "comply-or-explain".
